Job Title: Video Production Manager

We are coming out with a new channel specialized in Chinese cuisine education, a manager for overall management of this channel is required.
Responsible for helping the company establish procedures and implement policies related to video production and digital medias for the Channels about “Chinese Cuisine Field” / “Global Cuisine Field” / “Cultural Tourism Field” / “Science and Technology Field” / “Economic Field” / “Art Field”.
Plan and maintain production schedules for video products in this channel.
Prepare and control of budgets for projects and productions
Hire and supervise staffs
Initiate or approve development of videos, and liaise with authors, producers and other related parties.
Responsible for the overall planning, production, operation of video projects, interviewing outstanding project founders, customizing video and/or digital media programs
Responsible for user operation management, create and plan online and offline activities
Commercial operation of video programs, such as cooperation with video websites, social media, etc.
Build a team responsible for social media operation and planning and execution of online and offline activities and various press conferences.
In addition to its own team management, vigorously develop cooperation with external high-quality teams, including copyright cooperation, traffic cooperation, commercial advertising cooperation, etc.
Collaborate and contract with some high-quality content creators to help them develop their own media channels.
Participate the strategic planning of the company's overall content and operations. Create multiple IP characters and build media matrix through content.
Responsible for the planning, design, production and distribution of video series and channels on food culture.
Qualifications and skills:
A university diploma in broadcasting, business administration or related discipline is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital media production is required.
5 years of management experience in cuisine cultural and creative media production or organizing offline cuisine educational activities, etc. are required.
Knowledge and work experience related to the food culture and creativity.
Mandarin as an asset.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
